In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Cosmetics and More Ltd will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us either by telephone on 01689 860867 or email at email@example.com within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Please supply where possible photographic evidence to support your claim.
If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must as soon as possible contact us by telephone or by email. Remember that we always try to despatch orders immediately, but where an order has not been sent we will make a full refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been sent to you, or after you have received it, then you may do so up to 14 days after receiving the item, providing that it has not been damaged opened or used. On the safe receipt of the item to us we will make a full refund. However, the cost of return postage is for your account.
