By registering and accepting Cosmetics & More Ltd Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided by you are your correct, current and complete. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party, if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Outside of these hours a message can be left and we will contact you as soon as possible. Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week.
Cosmetics & More Ltd only sells completely genuine products, we do not sell any fake or counterfeit products. Should any items have imperfections or marks to the outside packaging it will be clearly detailed in our offereing as will any items without their original packing.
Every effort is made to ensure that the images of products on our website are an accurate reflection of the actual product however from time to time differences from the actual product received may occur. In particular colours on some cosmetic items such as lipstick, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
All stock and prices are subject to availability, please check your order and delivery address details before submitting payment.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by Paypal, Cosmetics & More Ltd will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
All prices are in GBP(£) and include VAT.
Cosmetics & More Ltd do not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Sagepay which is a secure site.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Cosmetics & More Ltd reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
Cosmetics & More Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the billing or delivery address entirely at our discretion.
Cosmetics & More Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Cosmetics & More Ltd are not able to guarantee that changes to an order or the delivery can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
If Cosmetics & More Ltd is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Cosmetics & More Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Please notify Cosmetics & More Ltd if your UK order has not arrived after 10 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Cosmetics & More Ltd permission to do so.
Any complaints should be made in writing either by post to Cosmetics & More Ltd. Ashdowne, Downe Road Keston Kent BR2 6AD or alternatively by email to email@example.com Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately.
Cosmetics & More Ltd have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
